This lovely turn-of-the-century home (built 1905) is located on the eastern shore of Owasco Lake on 1+ acre with 150’ of lakefront. Guests will enjoy the tranquil setting and the warmth and character of this unique home before and after their planned activities. A homemade breakfast buffet is served in the dining room or on the spacious screened-in porch. Summer guests who would like to swim and enjoy lake activities are just a short walk from Emerson Park for a sandy beach, picnic areas and park activities. Fall/winter guests may enjoy the warmth of the quarry stone fireplace in the large and comfortable living room at the end of their busy day.
